CASE: Morten was supposed to return two helmets, once the package was on its way to Us, he showed us the ticket with the tracking number, We reimbursed the total in good faith  but to our surprise when We opened the package, only one helmet was inside. He kept the helmet and the money.

CASE: They paid a partial amount to start painting a custom helmet. Due to a mistake on our side we forgot to request to send the remaining funds and shipped the helmet. We always request the full amount to ship the helmet.
They received the helmet and NEVER paid even though We requested the payment many times.
