This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by Fernando Alonso during the 2004 F1 season.

The helmet is similar to the one he wore during his debut year with Minardi. Opposed to the light blue from the Asturias’ flag worn during the larger part of his career, the design had a royal blue section in the lower stripe, painted with a square pattern and the blue lightens in the back. The Spanish flag wraps up the helmet from the sides and merging in the back.

The top, which is painted in navy blue, features Alonso’s arrows, both painted in chromed silver. The Spanish driver said that he took the arrows from a toy he was gifted as a kid because the driver had the arrows on his helmet.

In the 2004 season, Alonso finished fourth in the WDC with 59 points. He finished on the podium four times.

Avanti Fer, we miss you in Italy and in Ferrari. I know this is not one of his Scuderia helmets, but this design ia very good. Crazy to think that he is not racing in F1. CM Helmets is a good site, I recommend it. The helmet is protective as any other helmet and the look is exactly like the original helmet. Thank you.
