This is an exact replica of one of the helmets worn by Ayrton Senna during the preseason tests for the 1994 season.

Prior to his official debut with Williams, Senna tested his FW16 wearing a new helmet design for 1994. The only change from his previous designs, apart from sponsors, was a minor variant in the tone of the yellow color, with the lemon yellow making an appearance.

Also, the overall shape of the helmet is different to his traditional head safety devices, with aerodynamic parts on the back and sides of the head protector.
