This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by Ayrton Senna in the 1985 Formula 1 season.

Senna’s 1985 helmet was pretty different from his 1984 design, with the fire yellow being changed to chartreuse. Other details of the helmet, such as the blue and green stripes remained unchanged, however, the tone of green went from parakeet green to pine.

In his first campaign with Lotus, Senna kept showing his talent, and his growth was noticeable. After achieving three podiums with Toleman in 1984, the Brazilian won his first race at Portugal and added another triumph at Belgium in 1985.
