The design maintains the three red stripes on each side of the head protector, however, the main color changes from the usual yellow collection of the 2013 season to gold (or dijon yellow). The details in blue and green from the usual 2013 helmet were removed, and painting of a Formula 1 car in Le Casino can be spotted in the area below the visor.

In the back of the helmet, a drawing of Hamilton driving a car around Monaco with his partner at the time, the singer Nicole Scherzinger, and his dog Roscoe on board. In the top, Hamilton’s number 10 is painted in red.

The 10 was his mandatory number for that campaign, following the rules at the time, which dictated that each driver’s number was established according to the team’s place in the Constructors’ Championship of the season before.

Hamilton qualified in second place for the most glamorous race in the calendar and finished fourth in the race after he lost two places during a Safety Car period.

This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by Lewis Hamilton in the 2013 Brazilian Grand Prix.

Once again, Hamilton arrived in Brazil ready to show his love and appreciation for Ayrton Senna’s country. The Englishman’s design was completely covered with the Brazilian flag on the sides, with the top of the helmet colored in green and some shades of light yellow on the sides. The blue disk of the Brazilian flag is spotted on each side of the head protector, while the stripes on the sides are painted in gold.

In the back of the helmet, the Brazilian Cristo Redentor is colored in black and made up of minimalist white lines. Right in the middle of the Cristo Redentor, there’s a “Hamilton” text with a green stripe in the background. Below the Cristo Redentor, the Brazilian flag is positioned.

The weekend was not Hamilton’s best since he only qualified in fifth place. During Sunday’s race, Hamilton had a tricky GP and finished ninth, more than a minute off the pace of Sebastian Vettel, who took the victory.

For his first campaign with Mercedes, after spending six years with McLaren, Hamilton’s helmet collection remained with the main yellow, with blue, red, and green details. The helmet’s design was not identical to the McLaren years, with the details on the side covering a larger part of the livery.

Instead of just three details on the sides and the front, the 2013 helmet design has multiple stripes of red, green, and blue.
