This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by Jean Alesi in the 2001 Formula 1 season in his Jordan days.

The helmet, Alesi’s traditional since the start of his career, is a homage to Elio de Angelis, with the design being the same the Italian driver wore. However, this helmet is chromed instead of white. The rest of the livery is the same as de Angelis’, with red and black stripes from the sides to the back and Jean Alesi’s name written on each side.

A yellow stripe rounds the top of the helmet for sponsorship purposes.

The top is painted in royal blue and raindrops can be seen oon the top, painted in light blue.

In the 2001 season, Alesi scored a point in five races for Jordan before retiring from the sport.
