This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by two-time Formula One World Champion Fernando Alonso in the 2009 F1 season.

In his final year with Renault, he wore one of the most distinct liveries of his career. A yellow tone was added instead of the usual Asturias’ light blue. The top of the helmet is painted in a shining tone of red, painted with a square pattern. The Spanish flag can be seen extending from the sides to the back, while light blue details are present below the flag.

An ace of clubs and an ace of hearts cards with the inscriptions “05” and “06”, relating to Alonso’s titles, written on them.

The top features Alonso’s arrows, both painted in chromed silver. The Spanish driver said that he took the arrows from a toy he was gifted as a kid because the driver had the arrows on his helmet.

In 2009, Alonso drove for the final year for Renault, the team with which he wone his two titles in 2005 and 2006 and could not win a race. He finished on the podium once, at Singapore, and scored just 26 points.

This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by Fernando Alonso in the 2008 Formula One season.

In his return to Renault, Alonso returned to his old colors too. After wearing a black and silver helmet with McLaren in 2007, the Spaniard went back to his light blue design with the Spanish flag on the sides. The livery had a white ring surrounding the top to include the team’s main sponsor logo.
