This is an exact replica of one of the helmets worn by Michael Schumacher in the 1994 Formula 1 season, the year of his first title in the pinnacle of motorsport.

Schumacher kept the traditional design in his new edition helmet for 1994, however, the color of the circle in the top of the helmet was changed from navy blue to light blue. The big horizontal stripe with the colors of the German flag remains as a big part of the design, with the seven asteroids in the top of the helmet as usual.

In 1994, Schumacher battled with the legendary Ayrton Senna in the early stages of the season, then, after Senna’s fatal crash at Imola, it was Damon Hill who fought with the German until the controversial Australian GP, the final race of the calendar.

Schumacher and Hill collided in the final race and both retired from the GP, which gave the German his first championship by a margin of one point. In 1994, Schumacher won eight races, achieved six Pole Positions and appeared on the podium 10 times.

This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by Michael Schumacher in the 1992 season, his first full Formula 1 campaign.

For his first complete year with Benetton, Schumacher wore his traditional white helmet with the light blue circle on top, and the stripe on the sides with the German flag colors. However, different from his design with Ferrari and his later years with Benetton, the asteroids on the top were four and not seven.

In the 1992 season, Schumacher finished the year in third place in the World Drivers’ Championship, winning one race, and earning eight podiums finishes.

This is an exact replica of the helmet worn by F1 World Champion Nelson Piquet in the 1990 season.

Piquet’s traditional design during his F1 years was a red helmet with white details resembling the seam on a tennis ball (the sport he played as a teenager) and raindrops inside the white areas of the design (top and sides). As a difference from designs of other seasons, this one includes white outlines to each detail and the raindrops on the sides are smaller than usual.

In 1990, Piquet finished third in the standings behind Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost after scoring points in 12 of the 16 races of the year, including two victories in the last two rounds.
