Lewis Hamilton won his fourth Formula 1 World Drivers’ Championship after an intense battle with Scuderia Ferrari’s driver Sebastian Vettel.

The English driver won the title, his third with Mercedes, after winning nine races throughout the year and putting up some stunning performances both on Saturdays and Sundays.

During that year, Hamilton broke the record for most Pole Positions in Formula 1 history, while he reached his 60th win at the 2017 Singapore Grand Prix, becoming only the second driver to do so in history.

One aspect from that season that was sensational was his helmet design.

After using mostly white helmets from 2014 to 2016, Hamilton returned to a yellow design for the 2017 campaign, which looked similar to the helmet of his first title-winning season in 2008 and from his McLaren years (2007-2012).
