The 2021 Austrian Grand Prix will be the ninth race of the 2021 Formula 1 World Championship season. Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing enter the Grand Prix leading the World Drivers’ Championship and World Constructors’ Championship over Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes, respectively.
Verstappen is coming off a win in the Red Bull Ring last week, during the 2021 Styrian Grand Prix. He tied Alain Prost for most wins at Austria and now has the chance to break that record on Red Bull’s home circuit.

On their end, Hamilton and Mercedes are looking to strike back, and the seven-time champion had the best lap of Friday action.
The race will be celebrated on July 4th.
