McLaren also had Oscar Piastri with a career-best finish of fourth, as the Woking team had tremendous speed on its cars.
Norris is currently ninth in F1’s 2023 World Drivers’ Championship standings with 42 points and now has seven podiums in his Formula 1 career (since 2019).
On the teams’ side, McLaren is fifth in the championship with now a comfortable advantage over Alpine.
